Amiyah

Amiyah is a ten year old native of Petersburg, VA. This bubbly, quirky preteen is currently in the Fifth grade at Berewick Elementary. Amiyah is in the Talent and Development Program, and is an A/B Honor Roll student. Amiyah is very active in school as a Safety Patrol, Ambassador Club and school news anchor.

Amiyah began dancing recreationally at three years old. This is her fourth year dancing at CPAA; and her second year as a member of CPAA Dance Company. Amiyah loves all styles of dance, although her favorite genres are Hip Hop and Tap. Amiyah enjoys competing and taking classes at conventions. Last dance season Amiyah won several dance scholarships for Hip Hop.  During Amiyah’s free time she enjoys watching TV, drawing, making Musically videos, swimming, hanging out with friends. Amiyah aspires to be an inventor when she grows up.
