2020 Technique Classes and auditions
Required for all Current Dance Company and Kidz Crew Members
Recommended for all students planning to audition
Technique Classes
If you are planning on participating in the CPAA Dance Company or the CPAA Kidz Crew, it is extremely important to take the summer technique classes. They help you prepare for the audition that will take place at the end of the summer. Current members are REQUIRED to take a minimum of 4 of the 5 weeks of classes offered, but we recommend that you take all weeks of classes offered. You can choose from the following weeks:

Pearls - (Ages 9 & Under) - Dance Company
Fridays
Ballet & Jazz Technique - 5:30 - 8:30pm
Cost: $40.00 per week ($15.00/week deposit due at time of registration)
*Deposit is non-refundable and can only be used for the registered week
Rubies (Ages 10-12) - Dance Company
Tuesdays and Fridays
Ballet & Jazz Technique - 5:30 - 8:30pm
Cost: $80.00 per week ($25.00/week deposit due at time of registration)

Sapphires (Ages 13 - 14) - Dance Company
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Ballet & Jazz Technique - 5:30 - 8:30pm

Diamonds (Ages 15 & up) - Dance Company
Mondays and Wednesdays

ALL Kidz Crew
Fridays
Hip Hop Class - 5:30 - 6:30pm
Cost: $30.00 per week ($10.00/week deposit due at time of registration)

CPAA Dance Company and Kidz Crew Audition
A week-long audition will be held for each age group to determine the members of the CPAA Dance Company and Kidz Crew for the 2020-2021 dance season. This audition also helps to place each dancer in the proper dances. Ms. Siara determines what each dancers' strengths and weaknesses are and from there, figure out what dances will suit which dancers. Audition week will be a week of hard work and discipline. Bring your game face and your best work ethic. Audition week is time to WORK IT!

A MANDATORY Parents Only meeting for all dancers invited to become a member of the CPAA Dance Company or Kidz Crew will be held at 6:30 pm on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at the Studio.
